Diet
Today is Day 1 of my new diet. I was well on my way to not being able to see my feet so it was time to do something about it. This is the 2nd most I've ever weighed. I tipped the scale at 215 a few years back when I went on weight watchers and lost down to 175 so I know I can do it. Unfortunately, the last 2 times I've tried to lose weight I didn't make it more than a few days
