All is well.
The doctor said the blood transfusion was necessary because Zoë is growing too fast and her bone marrow can’t keep up. Everything seems to be fine at this point.

Last night at the midnight weigh-in there was a lots of celebrating. 3 lbs was a big milestone for us… not for the doctors since their milestones are in grams. We went to bed happy.
