Nearly, one week ago I entered a dark room with no pants only to get my balls ripped up. Not fun. 3 kids are tough and 4 can only be worse so it’s a small price to pay for peace of mind. The right one hurt like holy hell. Other than the stitches, I feel alright now. I still can’t wear loose boxers or it feels like someone is yanking my balls to the floor but it could be worse. Take my wife’s brother… he got bored the night of his surgery and did what most guys do when they get bored. Huge mistake. He couldn’t walk for weeks… still in pain a month later.

I miss t-ball. We went an entire t-ball season with great coaches and parents. No problems from anyone. We only lasted 2 days of soccer before the “assistant” coach blames X for doing something he didn’t do. It’s bad enough she made up stuff but she even had the audacity to say that he was a poor sport to my face. Not once but twice. To make matters worse she sat him down for pushing when everyone is pushing… only problem is noone else has gotten removed from the game for it yet except him though. You know you’re in trouble when your kid is the only black kid in the soccer league. That’s my fault… I had no intention for my kid to be the Jackie Robinson of Mauldin rec soccer. I guess they have a high entry fee to keep the riff raff out… only problem is I’m what you might call an educated hick. Shucks, they done learned me a thing or two so I got me one of them thar college degrees and one of them thar blue collared jobs. They thought they had all the doors closed but my white trash butt with my rainbow family came strolling in the back. We still have at least 3 weeks of this too. Should be a blast.

Big day coming up as Zoë gets tested in Charleston meanwhile I’ll have Xander at his mental health doctor. Xander is covered by insurance… Zoe is $4 thousand out of pocket. Good times.

Whopper Jr.

Praise be to Burger King for adding the Whopper Jr. to the dollar menu. I have a Burger King, Hardees, and Subway near my house. The Subway is the worst one in existence. The Hardees is like all Hardees… dirty and run my the dumbest “people” on earth. Sadly, Burger King’s menu had just bad food at bad prices but now I can get something bad for cheap. Thank you Burger King!

Dentist

I had to make a followup visit to the dentist today. Nothing like spending your lunch hour getting a filling put in. Tomorrow I get to take my wife to have her stitches removed during my lunch hour. Yummy. Not only that but I have to call the oral surgeon who worked on my jaw over 4 years ago to look at it again. It’s been aching a little lately and a bone fragment is trying to work its way out of my gum. About a year or so ago a 1 inch chunk/fragment of my jawbone worked it’s way out. That was super fun. I still have it in my bathroom medicine cabinet… I’m not sure why I kept it. Side note: my oral surgeon looks like Garth Brooks.

Staples

My wife had her staples removed yesterday from her surgery. I watched the nurse remove the first half of them… then the nurse gave her a break. In between, I started getting a little light headed. I’m not noted for having a strong stomach but luckily I held it together. The 2nd half of the staple removal I mostly looked at the wall Her stitches come out next Tuesday.
