Hitting the Bottle

Today was Zoë’s first attempt at being bottle fed. We’ve been warned about how tough it is and to not be disappointed when she isn’t able to do it at first. We’ve even seen several big babies struggle with it. They give them 30 minutes to finish the bottle since after that they will have expended too many calories to make it worthwhile to continue. As it turns out, much like her Mom and Dad, Zoë loves to eat. She finished her bottle in 18 minutes. They’ll let her give it a go again tomorrow and then maybe let her bottle feed twice a day adding more times as she continues to grow. Great day so far!!
