Fever Pitch

I must admit… I watched Fever Pitch last night with my wife. I like baseball and my wife likes chick flicks aka Drew Barrymore movies so it seemed like it would be a good movie for us. I was very wrong. Sadly, I found the movie to be rather dull and predictable. The fact that Jimmy Fallon was in it also eliminated any chance of laughing. I did get a chuckle from something one of the extras said though. Fallon seriously missed his calling as a garbage man… he’s no comedic actor that’s for sure. The movie is watchable but don’t pay full price to rent it.
